My instincts tell me that "Drahflow" is pronounced with the 'r' at the
back of the throat, the 'h' almost silent, and the final 'w' like an
English 'v'.  If this is correct the closest Klingon transliteration
would be "Dghavlov".  However, it would be very difficult for a Klingon
to say the 'D' and the 'gh' together like that (or at least it's
difficult for me) and I think they would put a small vowel sound
in-between them naturally.  So if I got the pronunciation right and you
are looking for the closest transliteration that can be said, I would
suggest, "DIghavlov"
