This is NOT the same "only" as with nouns. With verbs, it's "only, merely"
TKD: "The semantic effect is one of trivializing the action."

So, {legh neH} does not mean that s/he didn't do anything else;
it means that "s/he just saw it. Don't bother about it, it's unimportant."
