My name is Quvar, I am the current Beginners' Grammarian. My job on this
list is to answer beginners' and newcomers' questions and help them in learning
Klingon.
Include the letters "KLBC" in the subject line of a message, it marks it as
a beginner level topic, and will catch my attention.
This may be a question for me, or just conversation with other beginners in
general. The rule here is that the first person allowed to
discuss the grammar of a KLBC post is the BG (that's me).

Unlike humans, klingons do not say "hello".
{nuqneH} is sometimes used as a greeting, but it means literally "what do
you want?"

maj. To avoid confusion, maybe it's better to put astersiks around the
not-klingon word:
{*japan*ngan jIH}

But for your name: You cannot have the apostrophe {'} before the {w}.
Usually, most of the time, klingon syllables have no consonants following each
other.
Your name {wa'jet} sounds nice ;-)

Okay, now this sentence is grammatically spoken the same as the one above:
"My name is X". Here you say
"My klingon name is X", so there is not much difference, the easiest to do
is just adding the word where it belongs:
{*wa'jet* 'oH tlhIngan pongwIj'e'.}
"my klingon name is Wajet"
Of course, you can also go the other way around, saying "wa'jet is my
klingon name", whose meaning is different. Now you talk about {wa'jet}, not about
{my name}.
The sentence is
/wa'jet is a klingon name/
{tlhIngan pong 'oH *wa'jet*'e'}
If you want to say /wa'jet is *MY* klingon name/, add the #4 possessive
suffix {-wIj} "my" to the noun and you get
/wa'jet is my klingon name/
{tlhIngan pongwIj 'oH *wa'jet*'e'}

"I speak here one time"
