You're right, there is no tense indicated, so this could mean any tense one can think of. I wanted to keep it simple, I should have mentioned it.

Yes, your right again. I was concentrating on the difference between {bogh} and {boghpu'}.
And besides, since we are talking about the age of somebody, the {bogh} MUST have happened in the PAST.
