Until we have a more solid reason to believe that {chem} means the same
thing as "field" (physics), I'm not going to go along with it. Many
"obvious" things are simply not true. {nen} is translated "Ascension" when
found in {nenghep} and {nentay}, but it has nothing to do with physically
rising. Perhaps {chem} by itself has a meaning closer to "aura" or
"emanation", or even "invisible hand". I don't know yet, and I don't think
anyone else should either.
