A verb acting as an adjective follows the noun it is modifying.
QaQ nuH "the weapon in good"
nuH QaQ "a good weapon" (not a full sentence)
nuH QaQ vIyaj "I understand a good weapon"
nuH vaQ vIyaj "I understand a good quality weapon"
vaQbogh nuH vIyaj "I understand a weapon that is of good quality"
