Hmmm! Here's an interesting question: if we accept that /lab/ really means
"transmit data from the speaker's location" and /lI'/ means "transmit data
to the speaker's location," and we claim that these involve deixis, then
might we change the deitical focus, as we can for /Hop/ and /Sum/?
For instance:

jagh DujDaq De' yIlI'
Transmit data to the enemy ship.
jagh DujDaq De' yIlab.
jagh Dujvo' De' yIlab.
Transmit data from the enemy ship.
(Might it be either one?)

I see no reason why this wouldn't work just fine.
