Boggle

First, an introduction, since I'm new to the list... I'm a 33 year old
male, from Wisconsin originally, but now in Illinois, working as a computer
programmer. I've subscribed to HolQeD for a long time now, but do not
actually speak Klingon (hence this being in English). Some of you may
have seen my name before, as I won the Great Klingon Palindrome contest.

One other potentially crucial piece of information about myself is that
I am a videogame collector and fan, especially into the old Atari 2600.

To put it all together, I've been wanting to port the game Boggle to the
2600. Not as a complete game, but as a game aid -- showing a random
display of letters like shaking the cubes does in Boggle. Then I thought,
why not put two things together and do Boggle in tlhingan Hol! It would,
I imagine, be called "miSmoH" ("confuse").

The problem is, I'm not sure how best to go about making the cubes so
that the game plays well in Klingon. Has anyone done this already? If
so, can you comment on how you distributed letters on the cubes and how
it worked?

If not, I'm not sure how to start, as I don't know how Boggle was designed.
I imagine they started with a letter distribution chart, which I could
make out of the TKD for simple vocab distribution, but not usage. I'm not
aware of any distribution charts for Klingon either way. Does one exist?
I suppose I could do a count of letters used in past posts to this list...
:-)

Anyway, I'm posting here for a few reasons:

1) Information about any already existing Klingon Boggle game(s)
2) Links to resources that might help me figure out a reasonable distribution
3) Discussion about theory, and maybe we can work this out together

If there were enough meat to the thread, one might expect a HolQeD article
out of this, but I'm not sure I'm the man for that job. But, I'd certainly
appreciate any help you folk can give. Thanks.
