In a word: "No."

In more words: Definitely not. Never. No how. Not under ANY circumstances.
ghobe'. Nyet. Ikke. Ne jamais pas.

{'e'} is a pronoun with a very specific and limited use. {-'a'} is a verb
suffix. {'e'} does not act like a verb the way that other pronouns can and
can never take any suffix of any kind, let alone a verb suffix.
