You do not need to be fluent; you are allowed to use english... but if you
use english, the experience isn't going to help your skills too much. It's
certainly a good place to learn and to improve your skills. Here on the
e-mail list you can take your time writing and reading a message. On the
MUSH you exercise your brain to work faster because your on live.
