WARNING -- ADVANCED GRAMMATICAL TOPIC ALERT -- READ WITH CAUTION
The phrase *does* seem appropriate for a toast. Assuming one is going to
say it with glasses held high, the word order with {-jaj} at the end isn't
necessarily wrong. But if you do say {tay'taHghachraj taHjaj}, make
absolutely certain you know exactly why you're doing it that way, and that
you're doing it in the correct social context. The _Power Klingon_
audiotape warns in very strong terms about the dangers of getting word
order reversed in a toast. See the discussion of "toast grammar" on pages
25 and 26 of _Klingon for the Galactic Traveler_.
