The Klingon named <vagh> is Governor Vagh from the TNG episode "The Mind's
Eye". The TKW reference is on page 148. vagh was the recipient of Picard's
<Qu'vatlh ghay'cha' baQa'>, which I always liked a lot. His pronunciation is
suspect at best, but his *attitude* is perfect, and we all know that's a
critical part of Klingon cursing.

p.s. It may actually be <ghuy'cha'> rather than <ghay'cha'>; I can't
remember for sure, and you can probably only tell for certain in the closed
captions.
