I dunno if you speak German, but some other people do:
If I got it right, {wab} is "Geräusch" but not "Lärm" - is that correct? In
english, the difference is not very clear to me.

The closest I can think of, is {Degh} "medal, emblem, symbol, insignia"
It also mean "improvise", so why not :-)

Is that your sentence with two objects and no subject?? To me, it's not
clear *who* transmitted the data.

depends WHO sent the data.

No. I am not sure about lab/lI', but that sounds weird: "'oghwI' sends data.
