Though not an expert, here goes:

ghawran poq je povbogh reghuluS 'Iw HIqchaj'e' 'ej tIQbogh ngo'bogh bal 
SuDqu' 'ej lambogh  vIlegh.  But, as many have said and been told, this 
probably isn't a good sentence from a Klingon standpoint, since it's so long 
and drawn out.  This may be better, but maybe something else yet:

pov ghawran poq je reghuluS 'Iw HIq bal 'ej tIQ.  balchaj vIlegh.  'Iw HIq 
ngaSbogh bal. ngo' bal 'ej lam.
