Seeing as the folloing sentences indicate that the computer does work, it
just doesn't work the way you want it to, consider saying {QapHa'} it
malfunctions.

In this sentence you have two verbs competing to be the main verb. What is
the object of the verb {Qub} here? It's the whole sentence {rop De'wI'wIj}.
When one sentence is the object of a verb in tlhIngan Hol, use the 'sentence
as object' construction from section 6.2.5.

"My computer is sick. I think that." = "I think [that] my computer is sick."
The word "that" isn't necessary to the English, but the {'e'} is necessary
to the Klingon. Exception: {'e'} isn't used for a sentence as object of the
verb {neH}.
