Not at all! His sentence is perfectly understandable.

"-chugh" is a type-9 verb suffix meaning "if", see p. 43.
"Dayajchu'be'chugh" means "if you do not perfectly understand it."
"Duche'" is the prefix "Du-" plus the verb "che'" (p.82), "rule, reign,
run." "If you don't understand a device perfectly, the device rules you."
I might have chosen "toj" instead of "che'", and I'll grant that its not a
really good translation of the meaning, to me anyway. But it IS a
sensible sentence.

Absent a good, understandable translation for "magic", I don't really see
the point in taking the challenge.
