You may *use* anything you like; {SarI'} means "I hail all of you." However,
Klingons don't tend to use greetings. They just get down to business. Since
I'm reading a message from you, of *course* you are hailing us!

They might see each other and call out their names, grab their arms, embrace,
or just head-butt each other. A greeting needn't use words.

Your name can be whatever you want it to be. If you like being called that
name, then by all means keep it. See the FAQ on the section concerning names.
http://www.thomtech.com/~dspeers/klingon/faq.htm

As for {muHwI'}, it sounds like it might count as a rank, like {HoD} or {joH}.
Perhaps it would go at the end

qu'Sar muHwI'

When you use the Type 5 verb suffix {-lu'}, the meaning of the verb prefix
changes. See TKD section 4.2.5.

"Before someone captures you."
"Before you are captured."
