I've been reading through similar means for a while now, can sometimes
understand the reasons for arguments like they are brought about above,
but sometimes they seem a little bit overdrawn. Let's say the word {pop}
is used somewhere canonically in a meaning similar "glory". Let's
further
say that quite some of the people here agree that it would be a good
choice. Let's furthermore say that almost all of the people here are
able to understand the word as "glory".

Umm... Isn't that what a language should do already? Why would we see
a need to argue if the word "is only appropriate for that specific
proverb"?

I remember Okrand quoting in TKD, _several_ times, that _many_ of the
forms
(some of which are condemned here), are possible. From reading the TKD
I gather that tlhIngan Hol was a language developed for the purpose of
communication, not as a means for endless discussion of human
grammarians.
I also gather that in some cases there might not even be "the one form
which
is overly correct, grammar wise, or more eloquent". That is a very human
view
we bring in, that uniqueness, which i doubt to exist in a purpose
oriented
language like tlhIngan Hol.

Sure, there are cases where we know that's going too far, but for simple
words where the meanings are obvious to the audience and can be clearly
understood? If I had created a language for the klingon empire which was
intended to be a means of communication rather than a grammatical
masterpiece
and I would be reading this group on a regular basis, I'd have gotten
tired
of the language already.

Just my humble .02
