Yeah, but the statement is true of not just the Klingon language. It could
be a generic statement (as the Czech proverb probably is: generic in
phrasing, and idiomatically applied to the people saying it. Or like the
Welsh saying, "(Cenedl) Heb iaith, (cenedl) heb galon" ((A nation) without
a language, [is] (a nation) without a heart).
