You're right. DopDaq qul yIchenmoH QobDI' ghu'.
The ordering of {-choH} before {-moH} and the fact that they can be
so placed and the meaning can still be `begin to cause V' rather than
`cause to begin V' are among the most unnatural (un-Terran-like) things
about Klingon in my book. Yet they are supported by PK {vISay'nISmoH}.
