I tend to disagree that we put noun suffixes onto pronouns.  I would not have
'e'vaD.  My recommendation for this sentence is
tlhIngan Hol De' ghajbe'mo' jabbI'IDvam [vaj] jItlhIj

BTW, I appreciated your sentiments.  I am glad you posted a gha'tlhIq for our
friend of the cosmos.
