Aha! Now you understand why most of us are so disappointed with Paramount.
After all, the movie folks went out and hired Okrand to create Klingon (and
a bit of Vulcan) for Star Trek III. Later, they paid him to translate some
more dialogue for Star Trek V and VI. OTOH, Paramount *television* seems to
feel that having Okrand - or anyone else - translate the occasional bit of
Klingon dialogue on a weekly basis is more trouble that it's worth. It is
much easier just to substitute jibberish or, less often, look up a few
words (who cares about grammar?) in The Klingon Dictionary.
Go figure.
