It could also be translated as, "I go in/into the River of Blood."

Or even {ghoS}, {'el}, etc. But as I mentioned last time, not knowing what
the "River of Blood" refers to (is it a historical reference? part of the
Klingon afterlife? a metaphor?) makes an exact translation difficult.
