We do NOT know anything at all about {pIqaD} beyond what it looks like! We're
not even sure of that! The font available from the KLI is just a fan
alphabet; IT IS NOT THE ACTUAL KLINGON WRITING SYSTEM!
Besides, for all we know, each syllable has its own symbol, or each sound, or
each sound plus {rgh}, or each word, or it could be a phonetic graphical
system (e.g. Elvish writing, although I highly doubt this)! WE JUST DON'T
KNOW!!! Maybe Klingons can see into the fourth dimension, and they use
symbols which extend into it! Who knows?!?
