Not. "I sit [the] underneath in the so-called ground."

You *can* use {bIng}. You just need to add the locative suffix to it.
"I sit under the ground" *would* be translated as {yav bIngDaq jIba'}.
{yav bIng} is literally "ground's below-area" (see the end of TKD 3.4).
