"I have removed it" would be just {vIteqpu'}, no {-lu'}. The {-lu'} makes
the subject indefinite, and turns the subject indicated by the prefix into
the object, thus {vIteqlu'pu'} "Someone/something has removed me" or
"I have been removed".

For <...Snip...>, you could use just {teqpu'lu'} "It has been removed",
although you might want to mention what it is that's been removed.

{yIqeSnIS} means "Need to advise!" - you are ordering someone to need,
not ordering them to advise. If you want to instruct someone to advise you,
that'd be {HIqeS}. If you want to say "You need to advise me", you
could say {choqeSnIS}.

(If you want to say that you need them to advse you [you're doing the
needing here], then that's a lot more complicated, if not impossible,
since any of the even vaguely straightforward translations require either
a verb for "to need" or a clause-as-subject structure, neither of which
exists in Klingon.)
