Depends. What does it mean? Always consider the meaning first.
"Something/one that is soft" is "tunwI'"... but does that mean only that
physically it has the consistency of an overripe apple? Using "soft" to
mean "overly merciful" or "lacking in resolve or command abilities" is an
English idiom; who's to say if it works the same in Klingon?
"pujwI'" is "weakling"... that close to what you want?
Something with "qejHa'" (qej is "be grouchy")?
Translating a single word in isolation is usually a bad idea, anyway.
Think in terms of sentences, and context. That's likely to work much
better.
