"So, do you not speak no Federation language?"

I think that's what you mean.  But I believe you've misunderstood me, I 
meant to say:

"Do you speak any of the Federation languages?"

I believe this use of "any" is called the partitive, but I'm no 
linguist.  I want to know how to say "any" in the sense of "any subset of 
a set", not "a little".
