I think this word was used in that STTNG episode where Worf finds those
Klingons and Romulans living peacefully. I think the word was the name
of a bracelet or necklace given to a bride.

Those were the words I recognized. Well, there were also the names like
Kurn, Gowron, etc. But as for the rest, they don't look Okrandian to me.
