If you *could* do "*tlhIngan Hol vIjatlh vIghoj" you could do that. But
you can't. I'd say you have to say "tlhIngan Hol vIjatlh 'e' vIghoj" in
which case, yes, you can say "tlhIngan Hol vIjatlh 'e' vIghoj vIneH." I
suppose you could say "paq vIneH vIneH vIneH" if for some reason you wanted
to say "I want to want to want a book."
