Hee hee!  No, I didn't.  {-be'} is a verb suffix, a "rover" {lengwI'}.  It 
goes after a verb or one of its suffixes (except a Type 9 suffix) to negate 
that thing.  See TKD pp. 46-47.

Since {qay'} means "it is a problem," {qay'be'} means "it is not a problem," 
or "no problem."
