Here are my suggestions for the SimpleText color menu:

  Black        qIj
  Red          Doq
  Green        SuD
  Blue         SuD Hurghqu'
  Cyan         SuD Hurgh
  Magenta      Doq Hurgh
  Yellow       SuD wov
  ---------------------------
  Other...     latlh...

We mustn't forget that {qIj}, {Doq}, and {SuD} are VERBS, not nouns.
Perhaps the menu items should be {qIjmoH}, {DoqmoH}, etc.?

For the title of the menu, how about {'otlh Se'}?  Yes, it mixes
models a bit (photons have *energy* but *waves* have frequency),
but it's the best I can come up with today.
