I don't think you wanted to say {mISlIjvaD vIpay}. It makes sense without the
{-vaD}: {mISlIj vIpay} "I regret your confusion." If you want to be fancy,
you might say {qamISmoH 'e' vIpay} "I regret that I am confusing you."
