How? 
Well it is simple (but not easy).
think of a situation that often happen. Now, how would you respoond to it IN
YOUR MIND in Klingon.

We talk to ouirselves all the time so start trying to do it in tlhIngan Hol.

It is work but, like anything, will get easier in time.
