And also {mIv} "helmet":

KGT 58:  ... old armor included headgear of some kind apparently called
a {mIv}, which, in modern Klingon, means "helmet". The word also survives
in the word {mIv'a'} ("crown"; literally, "big helmet" or "great helmet")
