While this seems like it would be logical, TKD explicitly states that "When 
this suffix is used, the prefix set indicating "no object'' must also be 
used" (section 4.2.1). You would just use {vIrarqa'ta'} "I have connected 
them again".

Aside from that, I like ter'eS's suggestion of {lIS} "adjust". {rar} implies 
that the computers were all off the network, but that you reconnected them.
