I believe I'm more than "Moderately fluent", though I'm definitely not at
the level of "Perfectly fluent".

I usually don't watch reruns of episodes I've already seen.  Before
Enterprise started its new season this fall, I'd have said once or twice
per month.  That includes a couple of the movies.

I used to consider myself one, but I don't think I've been one for decades.
