IIRC (and my memory's been pretty bad lately ;) QeS lagh's response was to
my "variation" on the "fake ale" quote:

tlhutlhlu'meH HIq ngeb qaq law' bIQ qaq puS

But in TKW *this* quote does NOT have the /-lu'/ suffix in it, although
the one you point out *does*.  Which makes the issue as clear as /HIq
ngeb/.  :P
