FWIW, I have been strictly using pIqaD for my own writing since I started
learning Klingon. The only place where I write the romanized letters is
for this message list.
Both the handwriting and font I used have evolved, but I've thrown together
a web page that shows my current version for both:

The font is based on inspecting the Skybox characters with
rotations/mirrors and editing to generate the complete mapping.
The handwriting was inspired by DloraH's writing on the Klingonska site,
but I re-worked it based on a hypothetical historical evolution of the
characters, with the goal of decreasing the tendency of my handwriting to
drift in a way that caused many of the characters to be hard to distinguish
from each other.
(note: my DIvI' Hol handwriting is crappy too }}:-) ).
