Assuming you're not trying to say "I'm a Klingon woman!" (tlhIngan be' jIH),
make sure you put the verb suffix on the pronoun in these verbless sentences,
which some people call PAV ("pronoun as verb") constructions:
tlhIngan jIH.
I am a Klingon. CK
tlhIngan SoH'a'?
Are you a Klingon? CK
tlhIngan jIHbe'!
I am not a Klingon! CK
There's another example in The Klingon Way:
loD Quch jIHbe'.
I am not a merry man. [TKW p.206]
