The yejquv is a singualar entity and we know that Klingons treat collective
nouns as grammatically singular, so {naDHa' yejquv}. But is this supposed
to be what the Klingon himself says? The Klingon would use the first
person: munaDHa' yejquv.

What have you tried to do here? Do I detect a concatenation of two verbs
and a pronoun? Naw, couldn't be. I'm sure I've already told David he can't
smush words together to create new words of his own devising. It must be a
weird typo. He must mean:
HoH'egh 'e' nID
HoH kill
-'egh (type one verb suffix) oneself
'e' use previous sentence as object of following verb
nID attempt
"He attempted to kill himself"
or
{jIHoH'egh 'e' vInID} "I attempted to kill myself.

rIn - be finished, complete The subject should be the task or event that is
finished, with no object.
{rIn} could mean "it is finished" "it is over" Do you mean that the doctor
is finished helping the Klingon? JD could say simply {rIn} or maybe {yIHu'}.

No capital "M" on {maj}, please.

Actually it seems that QI'yaH! is just strong language (f@#*!). Look at
p.178 under epithets for insults you would call someone.

In English (and in some other human languages) the verb "have" is used to
indicate the perfective. It has nothing to do with posession. Klingon does
not use {ghaj} as an auxiliary in this way. Pay attention to the difference
between bI-/SoH - addressing one person and Su-/tlhIH addressing more than
one. I know there is no difference in English, but there definitely is in
Klingon. Use the right one.
DanaDHa'lu'ta'. batlh DaHutlhchu'.
This is a complex one, with -lu' and a changed meaning of the prefix.

majQa' is an exclamation, not something that can be used grammatically.
That's like saying "It serves me bravo." {mutoy'chu'} would express this.

{chay' jura'} is "how do you command us?" asked by more than one person to
one person. As there are only two Klingons in this scene and orders given
to one of them, I suspect you have the wrong prefix. {chay' chora'} would
be "how do you command me."

}word for 'mark')
Ugh! Stop mashing all the words together. We have canon for this order ...

Note that the numbers are NOT mashed together.

The second is an order "engage the cloaking device." Look up the prefix yI-
in sectio 4.1.1 - 4.1.2.
I've chosen to withhold any comments about what a Klingon would or wouldn't
do under these circumstances, and remind anyone who wants to add such
comments that if they're not in Klingon, they don't belong on this list.
As you transcribe the canon phrases in your stories, make sure you
understand what all the parts mean, and try adapting them a little to test
out different vocabulary and affixes.
Here are some prefix drills for you. Translate into Klingon:
The captain commands me.
I killed a tribble.
We attack the ship.
You (plural) dislike us.
We hate you (plural).
They dread you (singular).
You (singular) want them.
They help you.
Translate into English:
