This one I probably wouldn't understand without a really clear context, and
possibly even with one.

Maybe "healed skin" would be better. But using pIvqa' sounds like it was
diseased and recovered.

Another word with more meanings than you want to think of.

Means a lot of things.
There are a fair number of these I'd like to see words for as well,
despite your translations; they're kind of forced (even ones that are
good).
