The source is KGT page 86: "On the other hand, it is most insulting to
say that someone smells like rotting /forshak/." The word was used in
this way on an episode of DS9. ("Speculation" is an understatement!)

I see where you're getting the idea, but that's a spectacularly bad way
to translate it. The thing doing the supporting would be the *object*
of {wuvlu'}, and there's no way to indicate what it supports in the same
clause.

I don't think this works the way you want it to.

I'm leery of such blithe translations of particles this way. Translating
"fate-theory" as "fatalism" might be okay, but I wouldn't make a sweeping
rule like {nger} -> "-ism".

It's {QaywI'}, but perhaps {qengwI'} would be better.

This is entirely too vague for me to be comfortable with it. I'd much
rather go with something using the verb {cha'}.

Here, {tep} would make a lot more sense to me than {luch}. You've totally
ignored the "claim" idea, and I don't see {yaH} implying anything about
being a place people go to retrieve something. I interpret {yaH} as being
a place people go to accomplish their assigned task, not as somewhere to
take care of an incidental issue like picking up luggage.
Most of the rest of your examples made obvious sense, and while a few were
a bit loosely translated, I expect they'd be fine in an appropriate context.
