}No, this is the way it works. KGT explains (p. 82) that the ways to give a
}noun two adjectives are either:
}{V1}bogh N 'ej {V2}bogh
}or
}{V2} N 'ej {V2}.
No.
As explained on KGT p. 82, {chu' DIS 'ej Quch} means "the year is new and
happy." It can't simply be pasted into the grammar this person attempted,
any more than {*chu' DIS DatIvjaj} could be used. The latter means "*The
year is new may you enjoy it."
}And it seems to imply that you can do this with {'ach}, too. But, of
}course, Qov's interpretation would have been right before KGT.
And it still is.
