No...
'e' is a pronoun referring to the previous sentence as a whole, as the
object of the current one. IF it were correct to use, you'd still have to
say "'e' Daleghchugh..." since it's the object of the sentence. But
there's no sentence before, not even implied. There's no "action" that was
seen. How about "wa' Daleghchugh/..." if you see one...
