Are you a doctor talking to a patient after eye surgery? The original
English is rather vague. Was there something in particular one should be
looking for?

Of course, I'd probably say:

Why bother telling ME about it?

Even then, using {bIleghchugh} to mean "if you see" with no object
sounds somewhat strange. The English said, "If you see ANY". Somehow,
everybody dropped the object.
