I was not advocating a discussion on Bill Clinton's tax package, or the
cinematography of the last Star Trek motion picture.
The fact is, with all respect, Klingons exist only in Star Trek.
We can not discount star trek, or the use of the language on star trek,
which is, as you may guess, the only place it is really spoken, outside
of the MUSH. (Is the MUSH a banned topic?)
I can not, as a person with a degree in Anthropology sever language and
culture without some anxiety. (My first degree was in Anthro. my second
in Law--to explain my psychological quirks).
The whole 'nuqneH' argument for instance is more cultural than
linguistic, the idea of 'aspect' instead of 'time' instead of 'gender'
has impact--.
I appreciate this is for the Klingon Language--
but is it sans culture?
