Doubled glottal stops

I was listening to Power Klingon, and noticed that when Marc Okrand says
{nuqDaq 'oH puchpa''e'}, he only pronounces one {'}.  I couldn't really tell
if it was longer or not.  Apparently, Klingons do not pronounce doubled
glottal stops twice.  It is possible that other consonants are treated in the
same way, but it's far too late for me to listen to the tapes for other
examples.
