The Klingon Dictionary is copyrighted; I doubt very much that you will find
a copy of it anywhere, for legal reasons.

There are multiple ways to learn the language through the internet, but
almost all of them presume you have the KD (which you can get at most book
stores for about $10.00 in US funds). These sources include:

        this mailing list
the Klingon Language Institute's web pages (http://www.kli.org)
the KEVE MUSH (telnet to keve.kli.org 2218)

I'm sure that I have missed several internet-based sources... I'm sure
someone will post if I missed them.

There is also David Barron's snail-mail postal course, which he offers for
free. I don't have the addy handy, but he is on this list, and I am sure he
would be happy to give it to you... (in fact, I think it is in his .sig).
