Because Jesus's remarks here depended on the wine being kept in skins, which
can be burst by pressure of fermentation gas inside if the wine is new and
still fermenting, and not in containers strong enough to stand any internal
pressure. Likely a Klingon translation intended for Klingons would need a
footnote here explaining this.
